|
Should a contract be entered into, no refunds will be given should a boat depart earlier than the contract period.
Please ensure that the attached notes are read in conjunction with the price list.

|
Mast/rigging
- Unstepping Mast - customer to have disconnected all electrical connections, boom and sails to be removed, running rigging to be taken back to mast and only 4 stays to be attached and loosened off.
- Mast Stepping - includes reconnection of standing rigging and customer to tension all stays and check security of mast.
- For exceptionally long or heavy masts, a crane may have to be hired in for the task and a price will be quoted at that time.
- Any additional work including freeing of seized bottle screws may be charged for.

Rubbish
- With the complications of today’s requirements for disposing of rubbish, it is requested that boatowners take away their own rubbish which includes redundant paint tins, brushes, batteries, old engine oil etc.
- If rubbish is left at the yard a charge will have to be made for its disposal.

Electricity
- Electricity is by means of pre-payment cards. These are available from Alan Sadowski.
|
|
Outside contractors
- Outside contractors are permitted in the yard at £15 per day excluding VAT or 10% of the gross contract bill. The separate notice on the sub-contractors must be read in conjunction with this note.

|
Miscellaneous
- No emptying of bilges or washing of boats with running water whilst in the shed.
